Delivery methods

Below are the different ticket delivery options that our platform may offer. Please keep in mind that the availability of certain options may vary depending on the type of event, the organizer, the payment method, and other circumstances. For that reason, not all options are always available for every purchase. Before completing your order, please check which delivery methods are available for the specific event. Once you select your preferred delivery or pickup method, it cannot be changed afterward.

 




E-TICKET
(Print@home):

Your PDF tickets will be sent to email. Also, immediately after ordering, you can download your PDF tickets from the site, on the final page of the ordering. The PDF ticket must be printed on A4 paper. Keep your tickets carefully after printing and bring the printed ticket to the event.

 

M-TICKET (Mobile ticket):

Your customized PDF tickets for mobile phone will be emailed. You can also download your PDF mobile tickets on the website, immediately after ordering, on the final page of the ordering. Carefully keep tickets in your phone and check the phone battery before coming to the event.

 

PICK UP AT TICKET VISION BOX OFFICES:

Your tickets can be picked up using the unique ID transaction number, which you receive after completing your online purchase.  Paid ticket(s) can be picked up after the purchase at the Ticket vision box offices in Belgrade:

  1. 1. UŠĆE SHOPPING CENTER — second floor (Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 22:00)
  2. 2. Cvetni trg (Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 18:00)
  3. 3. Bilet Centar (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 15:00)
  4. 4. Sava Centar (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 20:00)

 

COURIER DELIVERY (Serbia):

The deadline for delivery of tickets/cards is up to three working days from the moment your payment appears on the Ticket Vision account. Your tickets will be sent by courier upon receipt of your payment. NOTE: Delivery by courier service is not possible on the territory of AP Kosovo and Metohija.
